TOMATO'S GOOD POINTS
  Tomato is good for athletes.It has so many vitamine for example,vitamineA,vitamineC,vitamineP and vitamineH.
  VitamineA is good for our eyesight.It is important for most ballgame players and other sports players.VitamineA strengthen our immune system.Keeping health is important for all athletes.
  VitamineC help composition of collagens and has antioxidative effect.collagen strengthen our tendons.Antioxidative effect keeps our bodies youthfulness.
  VitamineP and VitamineH are not known so much,but they promote composition of collagens and our blood vessels.Their works are very important.And tomato  has β-carotene.it has effect lile  vitamineA and antioxidative effect.

   Tomato also has lycopene.Lycopene has four good effects for our bodies.
First,improve our blood streem.It helps moving oxygen. Second,prevent and improve lifestyle related deseases. Third,promote body's regeneration. Fourth,improve eyesight like vitamineA.

Tomato's acid taste promotes appetite.Tomato can prevent your appetite from being lost in summer.

Tomato's effects keep human health.Health is most important things for athletes.


TOMATO'S RECIPE
  crushed tomato is better than uncooked tomato,because crushed tomato can be absorbed in our bodies easily.So tomato juice is nice!

I recommend 4recipies of tomato.

  TOMATO NABE: Tomato soup, many bagetables and chicken are in a pot.So this is well-balanced food and easy to take it in our body.
  TOMATO SAUCE:tomato sauce is easy to take it in and  match various dishes. And,it is preservable in long-term.
  TOMATO SHERBET:first,you boil peeled tomato and add sugar. second,you mix the cooled tomato by mixer.  third,you add juice from lemon and umesyu and make it iced in a freezer. After 8 min , you mix it and iced in a freezer again. It is delicious, healthy  and cool! You should eat it in hot summer.
  TOMATO SMOOTHIE:It is so easy to make.you just mix mini-tomato ,honey and water.It is very easy to take it in our bodies.
